How do I confirm a part fits my motorcycle?+

Check the exact year and model, the product’s vehicle fitment, and any connector or installation requirements. For custom bikes or conflicting fitment information, contact NAMZ before ordering.

When will my order ship?+

NAMZ aims to ship orders within 24 hours unless an item is on backorder. Domestic website orders typically arrive in roughly 3–5 business days. These are estimates. Read the shipping policy

What does “available on backorder” mean?+

The product is currently out of stock. Lead times vary by item. Confirm the current estimate with the NAMZ team before ordering.

Can I return a product?+

NAMZ requires a return authorization (RMA) within 10 days of purchase. Custom products cannot be returned; sale and clearance items are final sale. Review all conditions before ordering. Read the returns policy

What warranty applies to my part?+
